1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Heeb.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and xLab ("we", "us", or "our"), the company behind Heeb.ai, governing your access to and use of the Heeb.ai API, website (https://heeb.ai), and related services (collectively the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Heeb.ai provides a pay-as-you-go AI SEO and Visibility API that allows you to query multiple large language models and receive structured JSON containing mentions, sentiment, citations, and visibility insights. It is designed for developers and SEO professionals to integrate AI visibility analytics into their own automation workflows and platforms.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • Create an account using a valid email and password only.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
  • If creating an account for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Free Credits and Usage System

Upon sign-up, every user automatically receives 20 free credits to test the API. Each credit allows usage of the Service as defined in our pricing documentation. Credits never expire, although this policy may change in the future with prior notice. The Service operates entirely on a pay-as-you-go basis, with the option for subscription arrangements available upon request by contacting [email protected].

5. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to deduct the equivalent amount from your chosen payment method according to your credit package purchase. Heeb.ai does not store payment details directly. Pricing is defined in USD and displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for unused credits from your first purchase and must be requested within 30 days of that purchase date by contacting [email protected]. Credits from subsequent purchases are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may delete your account or stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits remain in your account and are not refunded except under the first-purchase refund policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse resources, or use the Service to perform unlawful or harmful actions.
  • Termination by us does not entitle you to a refund of used or expired promotional credits.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Use the Service only for lawful and responsible purposes.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to interfere with the Service.
  • Do not use automated systems to abuse resources or exceed reasonable API call limits.
  • Do not upload malicious content, spam, or perform scraping or fraudulent activities.
  • Do not impersonate others, infringe on intellectual property rights, or misuse the API in ways that harm the platform or others.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, documentation, and technology provided as part of the Service are owned by xLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service according to these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you process through the API, but Heeb.ai may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

Heeb.ai integrates with third-party AI providers and data sources. We are not liable for the accuracy, reliability, or continuity of third-party services. Use of such third-party APIs is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy of outputs, uptime, or improvement in visibility performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xLab and Heeb.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, opportunities, or data). Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xLab, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of rights of any third party.

13. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. General Provisions

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and xLab.
  • If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Failure to enforce any part is not a waiver of our rights.
  • You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written permission. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
